A report by Al Arabiya claims Hamas has recruited around 30,000 young Palestinians from Gaza into its armed wing, the Izz ad-Din al-Qassam Brigades. These recruits are reportedly trained in guerrilla warfare and rocket attacks in hidden camps. Despite heavy Israeli military pressure, Hamas appears to be rapidly replenishing its ranks, allegedly using humanitarian incentives to attract recruits amid the ongoing siege.
