Rahim Jung has called on the Muslim community to boycott the Eid celebration at 10 Downing Street on April 15, 2024, due to the British government's support for Israel amid allegations of genocide and its refusal to ban the sale of weapons.
Rahim's friend had received an invitation but declined attendance. Attending the event would be a show of support for the UK government and a PR disaster if no Muslims attend.
Rahim has urged the community to find self-respect and send a message that they will not be taken advantage of anymore, making their support conditional on fair treatment, human rights, and the application of international law.
